  2.         This area allows you to edit  ten selections  (A to J)  that will
  3.    automatically execute at the time and date that you specify.

  5.    A - J] Enter the specifications for selections A to J.
  6.       F1] This help screen.
  7.       F2] Save changes. This will update a file named AUTORUN.MEN.
  8.       F3] Import Data. This feature allows  you  to  retrieve  data  from
  9.           within the Sub Menus.
  10.      Esc] Exit to the Main Menu. Changes will NOT be saved, but will stay
  11.           in memory until you exit the program. If you make any changes,
  12.           and EXPECT them to AutoExecute, you MUST save them to disk.

  14.    Time : Format of 00:00:00. Valid ranges are 00:00:00 to 23:59:59
  15.    Date : Format of 01/01/01. Valid ranges are 01/01/00 to 12/31/99
  16.           Entering "everyday" (without quotes)  will cause the program to
  17.           run daily at the specified time.

  19.    Name : This is the name of the program, with FULL extension.
  20.    Path : This is the programs location. FORMAT = drive[:]\dir\subdir
  21.    Parameters : The valid selections for  AE programs using parameters is
  22.                 either N (none) or S (set).

  25.         Welcome to the Instant Access configuration program. This program
  26.    provides you with a way to configure all of the files necessary to run
  27.    Instant Access.  We recommend that you modify the data files according
  28.    to the order they are listed in the following menu. More detailed help
  29.    is available with the documentation  file that was included  with this
  30.    archive.

  48.         Welcome to the  Main Menu  configuration menu.  In this area, you
  49.    will be defining the titles of the different sub menus.  These are not
  50.    to be confused with the  program  definitions,  which you will be able
  51.    to configure in another menu.  Common  definitions are on the order of
  52.    Utilities, Word Processors, or any types of programs that you use.

  56.    A - T] Define the title of choice A to T.  When you enter one of these
  57.           letters, a line will appear, and prompt you to edit the current
  58.           (or enter a new) description for that choice.

  63.           disk (file MAIN.MEN).  If MAIN.MEN already exists, its contents

  74.    selecting  the  Sub  Menu  that  you wish  to  configure.  If you have
  75.    previously configured the Main Menu,  you will see the titles that you
  76.    entered there listed here in order from A to T.

  80.    A - T] Selecting a letter from   A to T   allows  you  to  define  the
  81.           programs  within  the  Sub Menu title chosen. As an example: If
  82.           choice A was defined as Utilities, and you choose it, you would

  92.         Welcome to the  Program  Configuration Help Screen.  In this area
  93.    you will be defining the programs that will  reside  within  this  Sub
  94.    Menu.  To  do  this,  you  will  need  to provide a description of the
  95.    program,  a complete path,  and the  executionary  name of the program
  96.    (with the actual extension).  For example:  If you had a program named
  97.    WordPerfect (a  great  word processing program),  and  you  wanted  to
  98.    define it as choice A, it might look like this:

  100.            A] Word Perfect ver 5.0        C:\WORD          WP.EXE

  103.    Part A: The Description of the Program.
  104.    Part B: The Full Path, including a Drive letter, a colon, and a slash.
  105.    Part C: The full name of the file, including an extension.  This  must
  106.            be .EXE, .COM or .BAT (or none if its an internal DOS command)

  108.      Note: Instant  Access  will  validate  that the  directory  and file
  109.            actually exists.  The program will  search for the file in the
  110.            directory you specified as well as the PATH statement.

  115.         In addition to a  description,  path,  and name,  you may provide
  116.    some  additional  information  for added power.  This includes command
  117.    line parameters, a password, and a pause option.
  118.  
  119.    Command Line : The first character here must be a  N, R or S. N  means
  120.                   that you wish no parameters.  R  means that you wish to
  121.                   be prompted when the program runs. If you select S, you
  122.                   may follow it with up to  25  characters  which will be
  123.                   used for a command line when the program runs.
  124.    Password     : You may enter a five character case sensitive password.
  125.    Pause        : Y  to pause after the program runs,  N to not pause.

  127.    A - T] Define the Description, Path, and Full name for the program.

  129.       F2] Save changes to disk.  This  command will save all changes to a
  130.           file named SUBMENU.MEN.
  131.       F3] Clear entry.  This command will blank a range of entries.

  137.         In this area,  you will be prompted to  define  the  passwords to
  138.     various parts of Instant Access.  Twenty of the  choices  are for Sub
  139.     Menus,  while the others are for Instant Access functions.

  141.    Password Configuration Command Summary

  143.    A - T] Define the password for the corresponding Sub Menu.
  144.        U] Define the password for the DOS Shell.
  145.        V] Define the password for the Turbo Editor (Text editor).

  148.        Y] Define the password for the Configuration program.

  153.    Note: These passwords are case sensitive.  In other words,  "PASSWORD"
  154.           and "password" are totally  different.  Passwords are a maximum
  155.           of 8 characters long. All trailing spaces will be removed.
